Payoneer Payment Update

Payoneer, a global payments solution provider, is changing their name to FirstChoice Pay. The change will be seamless for current users of the Payoneer service. In the NATS platform, an upgrade will be required. If you have any questions on when this will be available in NATS, or about the change overall, contact John Mauser.

Highlighted Features
Payment Projections

Available in NATS is the Payment Projections feature which builds an estimated payout before your regular payout is built and stored. This added report will provide owners a glimpse of how payments may look at the end of the upcoming period, allowing them time to put together resources if necessary.

When editing or adding a new payout period, projections are based upon the "Payout Projections" and "Projection Padding" fields. Much like the standard configuration, "Payout Projection" allows you to set when NATS builds these projection numbers. These can be a set days of the month, days of the week, or every set amount of days. The "Projection Padding" field allows you to set a percentage which will be used to adjust the numbers displayed on the report. This allows you to account for the time that have not occurred and have a closer representation of payments.

For more details in regards to this in NATS, please visit our online documentation.

Backup Services

Reduce the risk of losing your NATS data permanently with Too Much Media's remote backup service. Our service will back up your NATS files, NATS database, and any custom Smarty functions and templates, all to an off-site server. If a situation arises where a backup needs to be restored, we will reinstall NATS and/or re-import any data you may have lost free of charge.

We can help prevent data loss

We at Too Much Media recommend setting up a backup service through either us or your hosting company to reduce the risk of data loss. Our Standard Remote Backup service costs a flat fee of $75 per month, and includes three (3) backups to our server per week. If that's not enough for you, we also offer a Daily Remote Backup service, which provides you with daily backups of all your NATS files, database, and templates for $150 per month. Using this feature provides redundancy for your data, which is crucial for recovering it in cases of emergency.

Please put in a support ticket if you are interested in adding this backup service to your NATS installation.

No Cost Registration

Want to offer your members a free option? NATS gives admins the option to set up a no cost registration (NCR). A member choosing an NCR option will not see a biller, but will still be able to sign up to a site and have a membership created within NATS.

To make an NCR available for your surfers, you would set up a new Join Option for a site. In the sites admin, edit your join options for the site you wish to add an NCR to. At the bottom of the page, below the "Add New Join Option" section, there is a section labeled "Add New No Cost Registration Option". The option settings for an NCR are the same as a standard join option but do not require any biller information. Note that setting the "Registration Period" to 0 will set the member to be active indefinitely. Also note that if the "Active for all Tours" option is not set, Rules will need to be set for this new option. Rules denote when this NCR option will be available for use on a NATS join page.

If you wish to have NCR members be able to complete a full sign up,you would need to set the "Re-Use Active Usernames" option in the edit site details page. This allows members who signed up to an NCR to upgrade to a full membership option. Once set, admins can link the original member to the NATS join page, providing the username and email. This will ensure the original member will retain their details in the upgrade to a full membership.

Additional features for No Cost Registrations include their own column in the statistics page, separate emails sent out on these memberships, a postback url, and the option to payout affiliates per no cost registration.
